Prior authorization in the form of an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number must be obtained to return any catalog item. Merchandise that is returned without an RMA # will be refused. Material returned must be sent frieghy prepaid and may be subject to a restocking charge. Non-catalog or non-stock products are not returnable.
